Using BioClarity

  • How do I use BioClarity for the best results?

    For best results, it’s important to follow these 3 steps every day, twice a day.

    Step 1: Cleanse
    Squeeze a quarter-sized amount of cleanser onto your fingertips. After wetting your face, gently massage the cleanser onto your skin to wash away dirt and oil. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. 

    Step 2: Treatment 
    Squeeze a dime-sized amount of gel onto your fingertips. Apply a thin layer of gel to the affected area on your face. Let the gel dry before moving on to Step 3. We recommend decreasing from using 2x a day to 1x a day if you are experiencing any dryness or irritation.

    Step 3: Restore Gel
    Two pumps is the perfect amount. Gently apply to your entire face and feel the cool, refreshing power of Floralux!

  • Will BioClarity work for me?

    BioClarity treats mild to moderate inflammatory and non-inflammatory acne. This includes everything from periodic, hormonal triggered blemishes to common pimples, whiteheads, and blackheads. Unfortunately, BioClarity won't work on cystic or nodular acne.

    Acne is not curable, but it is treatable, controllable and preventable. BioClarity’s twice daily, 3-step system Clinical studies showed a significant reduction of blemishes, improved overall appearance, and reduced oiliness and shininess of the skin. Everyone's skin is different and some people may take longer than others to see results.

  • How long before I start seeing results?

    We wish we had an exact answer, but each individual will see a different result based on their prior skin condition and uniqueness of their skin. In our most recent clinical study, we measured improvement for each of our participants. Overall, patients saw improvement at two weeks, then more improvement at four weeks, and even greater improvement at eight weeks. (If you like numbers, here’s one statistic—the reduction in acne lesions averaged 16% after week 2; 24% after week 4; and 37% after week 8). At the end of the eight weeks, 90% self-reported a reduction in skin blemishes, and 90% recommended or strongly recommended the product for its ability to improve their skin.

    So what does that all mean? Continued usage of the product regimen, twice a day, is the best way to achieve the best results.

  • What if my acne gets worse after using BioClarity?

    Our 8-week clinical study showed in some cases acne appeared to worsen during early weeks of treatment. This apparent worsening is simply due to the medication extracting blemishes that were underneath the skin. This may be the cause of the micro blemishes (little bumps) you are experiencing. We suggest you continue treatment and you'll begin to see those little bumps fade away.

  • How is BioClarity different than other products?

    Our cleanser has premium skincare ingredients including Green Tea Leaf extract and Chamomile, which removes dirt, oil, and environmental pollutants without the harshness found in other facial cleansers. It also leaves the skin ultra clean and hydrated.

    The Restore Gel helps reduce any appearance of redness, the size of facial pores, and soothes the skin. The Restore Gel is made with Floralux, which is derived from Chlorophyll (the green stuff in plants) and is the most advanced skincare ingredient used in an acne treatment.

    Furthermore, BioClarity's Treatment has the highest concentration of prescription-grade Salicylic Acid (2.0%) available in an over-the-counter formulation to clear up blemishes.

  • What if I have an allergic reaction?

    It’s important to consider any known allergies or sensitivities to skin care products when using BioClarity. Allergic reactions are extremely unusual, and the more information we have, the better we can counsel you on what may be best for your skin. We recommend contacting us at or at 1-844-625-2748 so we can better assist with any reactions you are experiencing.

  • What if my skin becomes dry or irritated?

    It is not uncommon to experience some side effects such as drying. To prevent the drying effect, we suggest reducing the application of step 2: Treatment to one-time daily usage. You should still continue usage of step 1: Cleanse and step 3: Restore Gel twice daily.

  • Will the Restore Gel make my face green?

    We suggest gently applying two pumps of the Restore Gel to the entire face just like you would with a daily moisturizer. There shouldn't be a green tint when the Restore Gel is evenly applied to the face.

  • Will my product last until my next delivery?

    The amount of the supply has been measured to be enough to last until your next shipment, whether you have a 30-day or a 60-day supply. With Step-3 the Restore Gel, we recommend using 2 pumps twice a day.

  • Does BioClarity treat cystic or nodular acne?

    BioClarity treats mild to moderate inflammatory and non-inflammatory acne. This includes everything from periodic, hormonal triggered blemishes to common pimples, whiteheads, and blackheads.

    Unfortunately, BioClarity won't work on cystic or nodular acne. We suggest that you consult a dermatologist or physician to better determine what type of acne you have. We do have some acne treatment tips available on our site at Acne Treatment and encourage you to check it out. 

  • Does BioClarity treat hormonal breakouts?

    BioClarity has shown successful results for the treatment of periodic, hormonal triggered blemishes. We’re confident you’ll see a significant improvement after using the BioClarity 3-Step System.

  • Does BioClarity treat ingrown hairs?

    BioClarity is for the treatment of mild to moderate acne and is not an FDA-approved product for the treatment for ingrown hairs. However, it is safe to use BioClarity if you have ingrown hairs and it can help address uneven tone, unwanted pigmentation, excess oil and shine, redness, and large-looking pores. The advanced skincare ingredients in BioClarity makes it an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their skincare qualities.

  • How do I view my account?

    If it's your first time logging in, you'll need to verify your email and set a password here. Once your account is activated, log in here to view your order status, update next ship date, change order frequency, and more.  

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your account is setup, go to Track Order and login to see your order history. From here you’ll be able to view the delivery status for each order in your account.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    Log in to your account and select "Change Shipping Address" to enter an updated address. All future shipments will use the updated address.

  • How do I change my billing information?

    Log in to your account and select "Update payment method" to change billing information. All future charges will use the updated payment information.

  • Do you have a money back guarantee?

  • What is your cancellation policy?

  • Why was I billed when I didn't receive a new shipment this month?

    While the first shipment contains a 30-day supply, subsequent shipments contain a 60-day supply and are sent every other month. The 60-day supply is billed in two convenient payments, one on the ship date, and the second 30 days thereafter.
