  • Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

    Yes, our products are 100% vegan and we are Leaping Bunny-certified. Leaping Bunny is the gold standard for cruelty-free certifications, and we’re beyond proud to bear the official Leaping Bunny logo!

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, we only ship within the US and do not ship internationally at this time. We hope to bring bioClarity to more countries in the future!

  • What if I have an allergic reaction?

    It’s important to consider any known allergies or sensitivities to skin care products when using bioClarity. Everyone’s skin is different and allergic reactions may happen but the more information we have, the better we can counsel you on what may be best for your skin. We recommend contacting us at care@bioclarity.com or at 1-844-625-2748 so we can better assist with any reactions you are experiencing.

  • Does bioClarity treat cystic or nodular acne?

    Our Clear Skin Routine is clinically proven to clear acne and breakouts and is formulated to treat mild to moderate inflammatory and non-inflammatory acne. This includes everything from periodic, hormonal triggered blemishes to common pimples, whiteheads, and blackheads.

    Unfortunately, bioClarity is not formulated to work on cystic or nodular acne. We suggest that you consult a dermatologist or physician to better determine what type of acne you have and identify the best treatment for you.   • Where can I find bioClarity in stores?

    Our products can be found in select retailers including Ulta Beauty. To find a store near you, use our store locator here.

  • How do I recycle my bioClarity products?

    Recycling instructions can be found on each product page. For most of our products, simply remove the cap and any excess product then rinse out thoroughly with water. Replace the cap onto the bottle and toss in your recycling bin. Unfortunately, any pumps and sprayers are not recyclable due to their material composition.

    Don't forget to recycle the carton and shipper box too! Every bioClarity shipper box is made from 100% recycled board printed with water-based ink.

  • How do I view my account?

    If it's your first time logging in, you'll need to verify your email and set a password here. Once your account is activated, log in here to view your order status, update next ship date, change order frequency, turn off your subscription, and more.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your account is setup, go to Track Order and login to see your order history. From here you’ll be able to view the delivery status for each order in your account.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    Log in to your account and select "Change Shipping Address" to enter an updated address. All future shipments will use the updated address.

  • How do I change my billing information?

    Log in to your account and select "Update payment method" to change billing information. All future charges will use the updated payment information.

  • Do you have a money back guarantee?
