  • What is Glow Getter Rewards?
    Glow Getter Rewards is bioClarity’s loyalty program. We designed it to show you how much we appreciate you as a customer and to thank you for your support! You will earn points every time you shop with us and you can use your points for discounts or product redemptions.
  • How do I join the Glow Getter Rewards program?
    Anyone is welcome to join the Glow Getter Rewards program. And the process is so easy! All you have to do is to create an account and you will be officially enrolled in the program.
  • I already have an account with bioClarity. How do I join the Glow Getter Rewards program?
    If you already have an account with us, you don’t need to do anything. You are already a member and you will automatically have access to your loyalty profile once you login to your account.
  • Do points ever expire?
    Points are valid for 12 months from the date a qualifying purchase is made. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in your Glow Getter Rewards account for 12 months from the month you made the qualifying purchase. If you don’t make any qualifying purchase within a 12-month period, all of the points you have on your Glow Getter Rewards will expire.
  • How do I earn points?
    There are so many ways! You earn points with every purchase you make at bioClarity, as well as writing a review, sharing bioClarity on Facebook or joining our Facebook group. You can check out the full list of ways you can earn points on the “Ways to Earn” section of the Glow Getter Rewards page (www.bioclarity.com/pages/rewards)
  • How do I spend points?
    Points are redeemed directly at checkout for either products or discounts. When you have enough points for a discount or product redemption, you’ll have to login to your account, add your fave bioClarity treats to your cart, click on “You have x points” and select a discount or product redemption from the dropdown menu.
  • How can I check my points balance?
    To view your point balance, click on the “Sign up” or “Sign in” button on the Glow Getter Rewards page and enter your login information. Your point balance will populate right under the first image on the page. It will say “Hi! You have x points. '' If you have already signed up for the loyalty program, you can also check your point balance by logging into your account.
  • What happens to the points I earn if I return items?
    If any items you bought are refunded, any points you earned associated with the items will be automatically deducted from your account. For example, if you made a purchase of $75 (total of 75 points) and then return an item from that purchase worth $25, we would deduct 25 points from your account.
  • Why didn't I receive points after entering my birthday?
    If you added your birthday within 30 days of your birthday you may receive your reward up to but no more than 30 days after your birthday. If you entered your birthday after your birthday has already passed, you will receive your rewards points on the day of your birthday in the following year. If you entered your birthday more than 30 days before your birthday, your rewards points will be added to your account on the day of.
  • How do I get points from writing a review?
    14 days after you make an online purchase at bioClarity, you will receive a review request email. Once you write a product review and submit a picture with the review, your points will automatically be added to your account.
  • I have enough points but I’m having trouble redeeming them. Please help.
    You need to be signed in to your account before you checkout to redeem your points for either discounts or products. If you already did this and still are having trouble redeeming your points, please email us at care@bioclarity.com. We’ll be happy to help you!
  • I can’t login to my account.
    No worries! You can click on “forgot your password” link to reset your password and follow the steps to access your account. If you are still having issues, feel free to email us at care@bioclarity.com. We’d be happy to help.
  • I referred a friend who purchased bioClarity, when will I get my $15?
    Upon a successful referral, you will receive the value of $15 in points. The points will be automatically added to your profile.
  • I have more questions!
